As a Gratzel Invest real estate office, we have been building our own brand in the Costa Blanca market relatively recently, although the team’s experience with real estate and credit opportunities is much longer.

Our team is made up of people with different professional experiences, and from different backgrounds. This is a huge potential that we are eager to draw from by sharing our knowledge and skills with each other. Our staff has experience working in international markets. We support and help each other. With this approach, we are definitely able to serve our customers better and simply do a better job!

The owner of the office is Iwona Ostrowska, a person with extensive experience who holds a professional license to practice professional real estate brokerage in Spain.

The main scope of our company’s activities is to provide clients with real estate brokerage services, that is, professionally undertaken activities aimed at bringing the parties together, in particular, when buying, selling, renting real estate, as well as consulting in this regard.

Our mission

In addition to our own branch, we will soon be expanding the network based on franchise offices. With an attractive offer to potential franchise partners, we will increase the number of branches and the territorial area of operation. As a result of our development, the customer will be able to take advantage of a wide range of properties from all over Spain and a more interesting offer of financing the purchase with a mortgage.
